Responsible for Supervision, Training and Development of all Plant Production operators
Responsible for given training of SOPs and GMPs for Chemists and Plant operators
Review of all Documents of Production as well as Q.C.
Responsible for maintaining all Documents and records as per GMP requirement.
Handling of production duties independently.
Responsible for all Production Planning & Control Activities
Well documentation & data evaluation for further process development
Responsible for all preventive maintenance activities.
Responsible for development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
Handling of Out Of Specification batches, investigation, reprocessing and related documentation as per
cGMP requirement
Responsible for internal as well as external cGMP audits and visits, and compliance of audits on the basis of
their feedback.
Well Exposed to Unit Operations like distillation, evaporation, centrifuging, Milling, Drying etc.
Well Exposed to safety, health and environmental procedures
Constantly strive to improve practices in clean area, finished powder processing and packing to control
particulate contamination in finished product.
