Responsibilities:
 Carry out daily site surveys to ensure: only safe work methods are in operation,
 adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid
 facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient
 Personal Protective Equipment provided and properly worn
 Conducting Safety Awareness Training & Precautionary Methods for the
 Construction sites, High level Scaffolding, Cranes, Tower Cranes, Air
 Compressors, and Generators, Heavy equipment vehicles, Forklift Trucks and
 Hazardous areas.
 Conducts Fire & Safety Inspections of job site to ensure compliance.
 Control of Construction activities by Work Permit system.
 Inspection of necessary Safety precaution before starting any job.
 Monitor and supervise Construction activities to ensure full compliance to

2.  Safety lectures, conduct safety orientation to all workers, vendors, visitors and ensure that they
comply with standards & procedure of the project. Recording and analysis of information of
injuries damage and production loss.
 Control all Employees and inspection for Safety and give instruction regarding
 Safety. Daily progress reporting to Management.
 Preparation and Implementation of Orientation program, fall protection.

 Checking electrical power equipment, Provisions and use of protective clothing and equipment.
 Prepare Daily, weekly and Monthly Project Safety Reports, Weekly Progress meeting.

 Ensure contractors follow safety health & environment requirements.

 Prepare progress report and monthly safety planning schedule for the site activities.
 Maintain and update of safety records of all sections individually.
 Performing continuous monitoring at work site to ensure continuing conformance of field work
force with all relevant safety, health and security requirements, programs and other existing
pertinent policies..
 Routine inspections for safety (Housekeeping, PPE etc...).
 Checks handling of materials if it is fasten well.
 Safety toolbox talks meeting and S3Ts.
 Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
 Conduct documented Pre-Deployment Safety Orientation with new site employees prior to
mobilization to project site.
 Ensure that the safety and fire precautions are constantly enforced.

 Safety induction of newly hired employees.
 Conduct weekly safety toolbox meeting with supervisor-crew.
 Make sure the electrical lock out tag out system is being followed properly.
 Inspection of scaffold safety full tight and usage of tags.
 Initiate immediate stoppage of any operation that could cause death/injury or extensive damage
to property and notifying all concerned involved.
 Meet with representative of clients and other contractors to discuss requirements regarding
accident prevention in the jobsite.
 Conducting daily routine inspection to site employee. Observe all safety rules and regulations &
takes necessary action to obtain compliance with all safety policies.
 Design and installs different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, precautionary,
