Responsibilities:
o Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving
software/hardware errors, replace the damaged pieces and do the necessary maintenance.
o Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications (Windows,
Linux)
o Install and configure all devices (Printer, Scanner, Fax, Photo Copier) etc.
o Set up new users, accounts, Email and profiles.
o Test and evaluate new technology, support the roll-out of new applications
o Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
o Solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
o Examine and receive the new devices in terms of compliance with the orders of their own
supply.
o Follow-up with suppliers of the equipment until the end of the warranty period
o Coordination work with all departments and sectors and liaise with conference and exhibition
organizers to do the required tasks.
