Job Responsibilities
• Providing Training / Site HSE Induction to the new entrants as per the company HSE Policy and
Procedure as well as site HSE Plan. Interacting with the subcontractor has and provides the necessary
advice to ensure Health and Safety Management activities.
• Conducting frequent site inspections and ensure the site activities are going on as per the company
procedure. Coordination with the site manager to implement a proactive method to prevent incidents /
accidents and near miss.
• Reporting all unsafe acts / unsafe conditions immediately to the site supervisors as well as project
management to executive the job safely. Cascade all the information regarding HS&E to the
management and make sure it reaches to down level.
• Investigation of all the incidents, accidents and the near misses, reporting and record keeping of the
same. First aid log of all first aid case reported and treated showing date name of injured.
Accident/incident report for each accident/incident. Safety meeting of toolbox talks or minutes showing
date of meeting who attended the subjects discussed and who conducted the meeting. Job site inspection
reports and status of the action plans. Report to show dates name of participants and subject of training
programs.
• Crane or equipment inspections records. Monthly safety reports. Emergency evacuation plans.
Accomplishment of all necessary permits such as Excavation, Hot and Cold Work Permits and
Overheads. Performs Safety Inspections to make sure that the site personnel’s are in the proper
implementation of Safety precautions to prevent accidents while on duty.
