Department (Receiving Quality & Standard Room Activities)
RECEIVING QUALITY:-
o Child parts inspection at receiving stage
[ sampling & layout ]
o Defect cause analysis for child part level
rejection .
o Getting root cause analysis reports from
suppliers .
o Conducting monthly worst supplier meeting at
JSAI .
o Regular process audits at supplier end.
o Ensuring continual improvement activities at
supplier end .
o Maintenance of facilities for receiving parts
