3. Menu for 4 people
(budget:20 euros)
Starter: Salad
Main dish:Noodles with chicken and vegetables
Dessert:Strawberry Mousse with M&M's

4. Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lettuce - 2 tomatoes
- 400 g of corn - 1 cucumber
- 160 g of tuna - 4 tablespoons
of olive oil
- A pinch of salt - 2 tablespoons
of vinegar

5. Kitchen utensils (salad)
-Knife - Bowl
- 2 forks

6. Recipe of the salad
1st. Clean all the vegetables.
2nd. Chop the lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes.
3rd. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with the forks.
4th. Add a pinch of salt, olive oil and vinegar.

7. 1 Italian green pepper 2 fillets of chicken breasts
(about 400 g of chicken)
2 small carrots
A bunch of green onion stalks 4 tablespoons soy sauce
250g of courgette 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
200 g of natural soy sprouts 2 cups of water (600 ml)
2 eggs 2 packages of noodles

Ingredients

8. Kitchen utensils (noodles)
- Knife - Wok
- Ladle - 2 Bowls

9. Recipe of the noodles
1st. Chop all the vegetables
and the chicken.
2nd. Warm up a wok, add the sunflower oil and when it starts
to boil, put all the vegetables except the bean sprouts.
Stir constantly for about a minute and a half.
3rd. Add the soy sprouts and also pour the soy sauce.
Stir all ingredients. In thirty seconds, put everything in a bowl.

10. 4th. Fry the chicken breasts
and after put them with the vegetables.
5th. Stir the eggs and cook them.
Cut and reserve along with the vegetables.
6th. Pour the glasses of water and when it begins to boil, put the packages of noodles. In a
minute and a half, spin them. In thirty seconds, put them in the bowl.
7th. Mix the noodles with the other ingredients and stir well everything.

11. Strawberry Mousse with M&M's
Ingredients
500g. strawberry
200 ml. whipped cream
2 egg whites
25 g. sugar
100 g. M & M's Chocolate
Pinch of salt

12. Kitchen utensils (mousse)
- Wire whisk - 2 bowls
- Plastic bag - Cups

13. Recipe of the mousse
1st. In a bowl, mount the egg whites with a wire whisk. First, add a pinch of salt, and in the
half of the process add all sugar gradually and continue beating until like a hard consistency
meringue. Keep in the fridge.
2nd. Wash, chop and mash the strawberries. Save in a bowl.
3rd. Put three quarters of M&M's in a plastic bag
and break into 3 or 4 parts.

14. 4th. Mix all the ingredients, except the rest M&M's (not broken).
Do this gently and without haste.
5th. Serve in cups and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
6th. Before eating, decorate with the rest of M&M's.
