Ingredients: for 4 people
4 chicken breasts
4 portions of tomato
8 cheese slices
A teaspoon of oregano
A teaspoon of curcuma
300grms. of Philadelphia cheese
8 Carrots

5. Grill the breasts with olive oil, then put the
tomato previously seasoned with the oregano
and the cheese over the chicken breast and
put them in the microwave 40 seconds in the
highest temperature for melt the cheese.

6. Recipe
For the curcuma foam:
Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the curcuma
and cut the carrots to dip inside

A glass of orange juice
100grms. Pistachios
Dessert: Mascarpone mousse &

9. Recipe
Mousse:
Mix the cheese and the cream in a bowl and then let
them get cold in the fridge about 40 minutes. Put
sugar in the mousse as much as you want.(NOT MORE
THAN 60gr)

10. RECIPE
Strawberry tartar:
Chop very thin the strawberries and the pistachios
then add the orange juice. Put them in the mold to put
them in the plate with the mousse.
