School Based Experience (SBE) is an activity that can add many new knowledge
and experiences in the world of education to trainee teacher. I gaineda lot of knowledge
and experience from my SBE in SK Seribong, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
There are many advantages and strengths that I found in this school such as the
efforts of every teacher to make this school the best schools in the district of Kota
Bharu. SK Seribong was success at many level likes the district level, the state level
and the national levels. This achievement involved the curriculum and the academic.
I've noticed this moral value since the first day of my SBE. Cooperation between
teachers and students are the key to the school achievement.
I also had observed and study the school management and the approach used by
the school administrators towards the learning of the students in English class. Based
on my observation, i got many information that be a useful guide to me. I also exposed
to the methods of controlling the class and students, the techniques of teaching and
learning effectively and others.
As a teachers, besides teaching, we also need to manage the daily routine of the
classroom, managing the pupils to do the activity in the classroom, know how to arrange
the seating of students and the equipment in the class, managing the movement of
students in the class and teaching materials for teaching and learning process.
Therefore, I hope I can use and practice all the knowledge that I get from my
experience for this SBE.
