● Guten was born in 2014 from a powerful motivation to enable
young people to develop the critical vision through the reading
of current events
● Guten started off as a small classroom tool for Brazilian kids
soon turned into a platform for more than 45 thousand students
and teachers to learn and grow

● It was due to her sectoral analysis of customer needs on the
importance of education for the transformation of the country.
● She was saddened to find out that the young people in Brazil are
literate and able to decode words but are unable to make sense
of the words given to them.

● To date, 25,000 students across 70 schools use Guten for their
everyday learning
● Guten stimulates and engages students in learning.
● Has currently raised $1.1 million dollars for the aspect of
education
