• Is an organization which seeks to assist young individual between the ages of 15-29
in developing and enhancing there ideas through collaborative programs which range
from academia, technical and vocational. Through our programs we hope to train,
enlighten and prepare young scholars in becoming not only marketable but able to
create there own job markets.
• The reality of youth unemployment is still a major issue for both metropolitan nations and
developing countries of the world. A report provided by the united nation stated that by the year
2015 6 billion young persons between the ages of 15-29 would be affected by (YUE). One of our
main mission as an organization is to prepare, train, equip, enhance, prepare and develop young
individuals in creating and developing their ideas. As a number one priority it is important to have
skilled and experience experts in this innovative and globalize world that we live in today.
• Our goals an initiative is to create a Global village of young individuals ready to create
rather than procrastinate, develop entrepreneurial spirit amongst members who
participate in our programs, to prepare and equip each individual for the world of
work. Thus, bringing fort the world’s best experts at providing innovative solutions.
3. Stage (1) of the program(creating martable solution) begins with Educating indivduals:
•1 In choosing the best career ,based on individual educational background skills and expertise.
•2 Assist individuals in widen there educational capacity to meet the demands of job markets.
•3 Eduate and senitize individual about the market place.
4 eduate young persons not only to focus on mirco but a marco approach.

Stage (2) of the program ( creating marketable
solutions) seeks to Prepare, ehance and equip
individuals.

•2 Prepare internship programs with individuals and
Organisation
•3 Equip individuals about risk management for person
seeking there own buisness
•4 Ehance young persons marketing skills, through the
use of social networking in marketing there products
and services
5 Provided certification at the end of the program

International Relations, marketing strategies and
financial Analysis. Courses offered both online and
offline

•3 Equip to deal with difficulties within the organisation

•Internship program with collaboration with government organisations, Ngo’s and IGo’s.
This module of the course is only offered offline and it’s a fulltime or partime endevour
that must be undertaken by each individual in order to complete the program successfully.
At the end of this session students are both skilled and has the required experience
necessary for the world of work

4. Putting Our solution to
the Ultimate Test
• There were many steps taken in ensuring that our programs and initiative were effectively and
efficiently carried out by each member of our organisation.
• 1 Planning and organising our programs were the first steps taken by the executive members of
our organisation towards achieving our mission and goals.
• 2 Developing mechanisms to promote our goals and initiatives this was done by the creation of
our Facebook page creating marketable solution which was created on 29th of Dec 2013, the
hosting of a business forum at the University of the west indies, developing career day projects
within communities in Trinidad and Tobago , collaborating with NGOs and governmental
organization and researching available job opportunities for individuals online as well as offline.
• 3 Our Programs focused on Providing sustainable development and not just short term
developmental objectives. It paid particular attention to training and preparing individuals through
a holistic approach.
• 4 Creating Marketable solution were able to assist over 40 person online in providing information,
an assisting individuals in developing there career path and ideas. This was done through the
promotion of our page on other Facebook pages and websites. We were also able to assist 30
students of the (UWI) to be better prepared for job interviews, creating awareness of availability
Job Market of Trinidad and Tobago.
• It was observed by the executive members that there were other countries which had similar but
not exactly the same programs such an example is the U.S.
5. Limitations and Deliverables of
Creating Marketable solutions
• Limitations; The development of a 24hrs services available to our clients, Not
enough technological tools available due to the deadline set by the CF for the submission of
projects our organisation is still currently waiting the responds from governmental organisation for
assistance in developing our project on a large scale endeavour.
• Deliverables:
• Development of a Face book page
• Development of a Business forum & career day
• Establishment of an efficient and effective board of professional executive members.
• We were able to assist ten individuals in accessing available Jobs in Trinidad and Tobago
• The Development of 20 offline young individual to provided one on one assistance as well as 50
online members.
• Developed partnership with clubs and groups at the University of the West Indies
