Dear Sirs,
We have at our hand your communication dated 18-01-2012 under subject “Salary Disbursement Schedule
– Urgent” and noted the contents therein.
The system being adopted by the management for disbursement of salary is contrary to the salary payment
system so far followed by the management. The new salary disbursement schedule prepared by the
management is unheard of in the industry and is unaccepted.
Further, the new system adopted by the management, is not only in gross violation of the Payment of Wages
Act, 1936 but also illegal as it would drastically change the existing service conditions.
It is worth mentioning that inspite of related request and persuasion made by the committee, salary and
expenses are not paid in time causing serious difficulties for the sales promotion employees.
We request the management not to put the said schedule of payment of salary in operation and follow the
law of the land in this connection and pay salary and expenses in time.
