1. The first thing I did to the photo was treat it. I used the healing brush to fix the lines and
scratches in the painting that were visible. Next I treated the blemishes and lines on Hitlers face to
make his face appear younger. I then used the paint brush to make his white shirt look whiter, since the
original color was a faded white. Using layers I created a new layer over the swastika band to make a
whiter round circle. I then made a third layer, which I painted over the swastika with a darker black
paint to make it stand out. I used the pucker tool to make Hitlers nose and ears slightly smaller to make
the rest of his facial features stand out a little better. After that I used the bloat tool to make his eyes a
little larger because they got lost in the picture. I also used the healing tool as well as the push tool to
make his chin more predominant. I used the warp tool and the bloat tool to make Hitlers arms and
shoulder a little bigger and wider to show represent more muscle mass. Finally I used the bloat tool to
make his mouth a little larger, because his mouth was very small and in a shadow that made it hard to
see.
