Our software ran the live voting component of the Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento
    competition for EstrellaTV. Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento is an American Idol type
    program where viewers dial in to vote for his/her favorite performer. The program was
    viewed in the US as well as Puerto Rico and C4 technology was able to handle a high
    volume of concurrent calls. The sponsor was T-Mobile and AT&T




Results:
•   Conversion rate of over 35% unique phone numbers to viewers
•   Very high call volume sustained for 3 hrs on the night of the final vote
    (down to 4 contestants from 16)

Fan Assist • Fan Assist is a web-based communications service that enables one-to-one text messaging communications between fans/guests and central stadium or facility operations. • A stadium guest in need of assistance may use their mobile phone to text a stadium- or event-specific keyword to a designated 5 digit code. • Stadium or event operations personnel can monitor and respond to guest inquiries on a real-time basis and dispatch support, security or medical staff to the guest's location as needed.
