If a person was trying to positively portray themselves, you would expect that they would try to
convey themselves in a professional manner and use good communication skills. Unfortunately, the
communication that came across in the debate between Senator Hillary Clinton and Mr. Donald
Trump did not always convey professionalism. There were a few points in the speech where both
candidates respected the other, but the majority of the debate consisted of interruptions, rude
remarks to and about each other, and the used self–serving bias to make the other person sound bad.

In the outcome of this year's election, many people are scared of how many protections will be taken
away and how much people will have to hide who they are now just for their own safety. I know that
the election outcome this year has made our country even more divided than it was before. This is

Just days before the Republican National Convention, GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump
has made his final decision in deciding who will join the ticket alongside him as his vice president –
Indiana Governor Mike Pence.

Trump said, beginning his remarks to a small crowd of New York supporters in the Hilton Hotel in

During the debate, specifically the section I analyzed about fitness to be president, Donald Trump
acts childish and immature. He constantly interrupts both Clinton and Wallace simply to assert his
dominance and to ensure he is being heard. There were numerous times during the debate that
Clinton, during her allotted speaking time, would be interrupted with phrases like "wrong!" or
"that's a lie" and would even speak over her, when she had been given the floor. All in all, the debate

After viewing the circus acts that were called the 1st presidential debate and the vice–presidential
debate that aired earlier in the month, my expectations for the 2nd debate were not too high.

Leading up to the 2nd debate we have seen the results of having two candidates with political views
on complete opposite poles and personalities to match. The events of the first debate can easily be
described as throwing water into a pot of hot oil and just watching it happen. Throughout the debate
we had seen Donald Trump repeatedly interrupt and attempt to interject as Hillary Clinton was
speaking in an effort to defend himself. However this interruptions were more of a nuisance,
especially due to most of them being composed of the words 'no' and 'not true'. Fortunately for the

As with abortion, both Trump and Clinton continue to have their own solutions to the health–care
issue. Clinton has the most experience with the issue, as she has been arguing for a fix to this
problem, her entire career. Clinton proposes she keeps the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare),

price setting for medical companies, out of pockets costs, and providing credit to those facing higher

Two months ago, Kasich became the last GOP candidate to drop out, making Trump the
presumptive nominee. If he would have gone forward, Kasich told the crowd he would have told
voters things that weren't true.
"We hear a lot about negative and division and polarization," Kasich said. "Let me tell you. I've
never been more satisfied professionally. We left the race abruptly. And the reason why we did is
that I became convinced, that in one way or another, to go forward I would have to tell people things
that I didn't think were true."
The party was thrown to celebrate and thank Ohioans for their work they did on his failed

there is a presumptive nominee before their convention they will usually begin their general
campaign. Becoming an official nominee is a very big process and takes months, even years. For
example, Donald Trump's process to becoming the Republican nominee began about twenty months
before the election. It began in March 2015 when he formed an exploratory committee. Then, in
June 2015, Trump announced his candidacy for president. He then began debating, fundraising,
endorsements seeking, and other nomination seeking acts. He also assembled his campaign and set
up ground operations to get on states ballots. In February 2016, the first primary elections began.
After losing the first primary in Iowa, Donald Trump won the New Hampshire primary. With this he
began winning delegates. Finally, in May 2016, Trump, secured over 1237 delegates and became the
presumptive nominee. Lastly, in July 2016, he officially became the Republican nominee, with four
months till election day. While Clinton formally announced her candidacy around the same time as
Trump, her run was planned and anticipated since her failed 2008 campaign.
Despite the differences between the Republican Party and Democratic Party, they both desire the
