• Updates Project Owner on progress and works in parallel with CPH Project
manager

• Includes Project Managers of CPH and DXC, All technical and functional
consultants from DXC
• Also Includes personnel designated by CPH for project delivery including airport
operations domain experts
• Responsible for executing tasks and producing deliverables as outlined in
the project plan
• Provides status updates on open action items
• Manages project issues and risks
• Keeps respective departments and functional areas at CPH aware of the status of
the project

• Includes DXC team who have delivered
similar projects in the past
• Provide information on technical and
domain know-how
