Lack of an organized environment affects the
gym members and poses challenges to both the
users and staff.
Increased injury rates.
Declined motivation.
Overcrowding.

4. SOLUTIONS
1. DEVELOP A MOBILE APP
4
To provide guidance on how to use and which
equipment to use
To provide information about gym occupation at a
particular time of the day
checking via a phone on how to do a particular exercise
5. 5

2. EMPOWER GYM STAFF
To supply members with disinfects to clean up
the equipment before and after each use.
To perform regular check ups so as to create a
more organized environment.
6. CONCLUSION
Lack of organization is a major issue in our gym community, but can potentially be solved.
Two solutions to that are:
Educating both staff and members of the gym about cleanliness
Developing an app that smoothens the gym experience for members.
These will makes a big difference in our community's happiness and well-being

-Located in our small town, the gym acts as an exclusive fitness center that is open at certain flexible hours to fit everyone's different schedules.
- A membership provides access to the gym, yoga classes, and boxing classes with personal trainers on a monthly basis.
-. Our gym community is confronted by a serious problem: disorganization.
-In this discussion, I will argue that implementing a mobile app for equipment guidance and making hygiene measures like having disinfectants on hand, as well as regularly inspecting equipment priorities, will help our gym community overcome its common problems
Increased injuries rates as a result of equipment and machines misuse. This is mainly contributed to the absence of proper guidelines on how to use an equipment
Declined motivation- The lack of management and explicit rules creates an unsanitary environment which lowers members’ motivation and endanger their health.
Overcrowding causes a chaotic environment. This results from unorganized timing. Lack of information about the number of people in the gym at a particular session also leads overcrowding at times.
1. Developing a mobile app
This app could offer detailed usage instructions for every piece of equipment, decreasing the possibility of accidents caused by improper use.
The app can provide information about the total number of people in the gym at a given time, this will sort out overcrowding by guiding the gym members on the perfect time to go.
The information can be taken through registration of people as the sign in and out.
2. Empower Gym staff
Gym staff should supply members with disinfectants to clean up the equipment after each use. As essential members of our fitness community, gym employees look out for both productivity and a clean environment. Staff led hygiene measures have been shown to reduce member illness rates by giving members disinfectants for cleaning equipment after use (Riseth et al., 2019).
By implementing routine inspections, gym staff members greatly contribute to creating a more organized environment. These check up make sure that the machinery runs well and follows strict cleaning and organizing guidelines.
These will help to create a consistently clean and enjoyable workout area for our members.
- Gym organization is an important issue that can significantly impact the health and safety of gym members.
-By addressing this issue, gyms can create a more enjoyable and productive workout experience for their members.
