information or just an entertainment.

MAKING AND DESIGNING
YOUR OWN WEBSITE(s)

4. BEFORE MAKING YOUR WEB SITE
STEP I
1. Be sure that you have your email account (ex. Gmail or Yahoo Mail)
2. Know your interest
3. Site your significance in making your web site
4. What will be the genre of your web site (ex. Sports, Business, Cooking, Travel, Music, etc.)
5. Make a title/name of your web site
STEP II
1. List down the information the you’ll going to encode in your website
• The background of your website
• The offerings or services you will provide
2 . Check your personal information
• The background data of the web site maker(s)
• Contact Number or Email
• Name of your company

5. DURING MAKING YOUR WEB SITE
STEP I
1. Be sure that you have an internet connection
2.Prepare your listed data and information about your ideal
web site
STEP II
1. Make your account in your chosen site to make your web
site
STEP III
(Will be shown in the next slide)

9. You will be automatically go on your
account. If you had saved your previous
works you can click it and edit. But if you
want to create new, click CREATE

account. To create new, click CREATE

17. The box for step 1 will pop-up.
ENTER YOUR IDEAL WEB SITE NAME

website name , so just wait for a
while .

19. For the next step, you will
choose what type of site do you
need, so CLICK WEBSITE

20. Now, it is your turn to choose your
own template.

21. Check your email, the site will
send you a message to confirm
your email.

22. You may PREVIEW first your
desire template.

23. If you like the template just
click CHOOSE TEMPLATE

26. You can now start editing, the
site will give the address of your
website. To start editing, click
START EDITING

29. Insert your Logo

37. If you are done in editing, you
may publish your website by
clicking PUBLISH

38. When you published your website, people
may visit it by typing the address of your site.
To make your website popular, you must
update it by adding new feature and details.
To edit your site, you’ll just log in to your
account, edit and publish the update.
