 Aim: Research on healthy habits among primary school pupils;
 Place: Szkoła Podstawowa im. Jana Pawła II w Korczynie (Poland);
 Number of participants: 41 pupils aged 9-12.
How many times during the week do you eat…?
Do you have breakfast every morning at
home?
What does your breakfast usually include?
How many times per week do you drink natural juice?
How many times a week do you eat a piece of fruit?
How many main meals do you have during the day?
Do you and your family usually eat together?
Do you and your family eat the same food?
How much water do you drink a day?
On average, how many times
do you eat fast food in a week?
Do you consume frozen food?
How many days per week are you physically
active?
How many hours per day do you spend in front
of a screen? (TV, computer, phone...)
How many hours do you sleep on a school night?
 According to the research results, pupils from Primary School in
Korczyn have got healthy habits.
 Comenius project HETI made them aware that everyday habits have
a big impact on their health.
 Their diet includes healthy products like: fruit, vegetables and diary
products.
 Majority of them has breakfast and eats more than 3 meals a day.
 They are physically active every day and they practice different types of
sports.
 However, they still spend a lot of their free time in front of TV,
computers or phones.
 To sum up: The ideas of a healthy lifestyle promoted by HETI should be
present in our school all the time 
