D. Demonstrate appreciation of the theme of the listening text.

III. Procedure
A. Pre-Listening
Task 1 Let’s Picture it Out! (whole class 15 mins.)
Present pictureto the class.
Processing questions:
1. What do each picture depicts?
2. What do you feel about the pictures?
3. If you have all what is shown in the pictures, how would describe your
world?
2. Show the title of the song to the class.
Processing questions:
1. What did notice in the title of the song we are going to listen?
2. What are the words being repeated?
B. While Listening
Task 2 Hear the Sound! (Pair work, 5 minutes)
(Distribute copies of the lyrics of the song)
Choose a partner.
Listen to the song “What a Wonderful World” and list down atleast
three stanzas that uses alliteration and three stanzas that uses assonace.

Activity 3 Sensing the song! (Individual 10 minutes)
Listen again the song What a Wonderful World. Ths time, put what senses
being used or touched beside in every lines of the song.

3. How do they help in understanding the song?

Choose what sense your goup likes. Read the instruction inside the
senses.
Sight-Tableu Presentation
Create a tableu presntation about the theme of the song.
Hearing- Poem Making
Compose a five line poem about how beautiful living in this world.
Emotion-pantomime
Present a pantomime about the fourth stanza of the song.
Taste- Reflection Jurnal
Make a reflctiona journal about the experiences of your group that
are related to the theme of the song.
Hand- Poster Making
Create a poster about nature.
