My sister is a health nut. She has an apple or an orange for breakfast, a banana and a small salad for lunch,
and a bowl of soup for supper.

In the middle of the morning, she has a glass of fruit juice. In the late afternoon, she has a cup of tea.

Every day of the week except Sunday, she has an exercise class between six and seven in the morning and a
dance class between four and five every afternoon. She also has a yoga class between and eight every
evening.

And on Sundays? On Sundays she has bacon and eggs for breakfast, and ice cream cone in the middle of the
morning, a large lunch, muffins in the afternoon, a large dinner, and pizza before bedtime. She also has a bad
conscience for the rest of the week.
