Developed Automated Cell Outage Report Process to generate report before 3:00 AM everyday which earlier was developed by 6
peoples and was coming after 11:00 AM every day.
Entire Cell Outage Report Generation Process includes capturing of Cell/Site Outage raw alarms and then grouping cell alarms to
make them at site Level. After grouping all alarms at site level, remove overlap outages and group outages came in 5 mins as
one to reduce number of rows in report, join this data with performance KPIs and HPSM data to store in daily table from where
further KPIs were developed.
Designed database Model to accommodate all further Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Trend reports KPIs in total 60 Graphs/List/Crosstab
by Maintaining two database tables: Namely Daily Inventory table & Daily Fault Table.
Customized rules development for all Mobile Access probes as per the user requirements and lookup based enrichment.
