DAY TO DAY AVTIVITIES:
• Providing the Core Applications product Support for Business operations for client base projects

• Hands on experience on Sql,Unix , ISA, IAM, APM compure Tool , Pega SMA, SLA, HP Monitoring tools
and knowledge in Testing and SDLC process.
• Hands on experience in Service Level Management process of Applications as per ITIL framework.
• Analyzing the root cause of the issue of any Alerts and Events in Application server failure like panic
reboot Analysis of sys log and hardware logs.
• Remote Monitoring of different servers which includes App Servers and Web Servers and Performance,
uptime, SQL DB, website status & server resources on various BPM tools to keep them up and running on
24/7 basis.
• Hands on experience on ISA Application Portal support providing the user access management to various
sites and defining the Security polices for on various access for End-users on various departments.

Image Services technology and PAS Applications.
 This product basically deals with conversion of Images and their data into machine readable
format. This includes techniques like OCR and ICR to recognize Hand written/Printed
characters on the prescriptions. This serves as upstream application to other underlying
applications.
Nature of Duties Performed
Role: Support Engineer
• Providing Application Support for Core Business BPM Applications for Healthcare applications
like RX Imaging, File net Image Services technology primarily responsible for handling tickets
from client’s environment and resolving the crucial issues.
• Frontline Monitoring Support for File Net Module of EMC input accel for continuous flow of
batches which is used to export the batches into file net system
• Monitoring the EMc ODBC export module which is used to export properties to database
system.
• Monitoring the Image viewer applications for PAS and IRIS to view image of a document from
file net system.
• Checking Queue Maintenance for Document tracking applications and see that no Doc Ids are
in busy state
• Proactively communicating of any unusual event to the respective support team
• Maintaining and monitoring servers to keep them up and running on a 24/7 basis
