4. MOTIVATION
• “ChatBot for Higher Education System” AI-powered chatbots are motivated by the need of
traditional websites to provide a chat facility where a bot is required to be able to chat
with user and solve queries.
• When live agent can handle only two to three operations at a time, chatbots can operate
without an upper limit which really scales up the operations. Also, if any school or
business is receiving lots of queries, having a chatbot on a website takes off the load from
support team.
• Having a chatbot clearly improves the response rate compared to human support team.
• In addition, since millennials prefer live chats over a phone call, they find a chatbot,
which provide a highly interactive marketing platform, very attractive.
• Furthermore, a chatbot can automate the repetitive tasks. There can be some scenarios
where a business or school receives same queries in a day for many times and support
team must respond to each query repetitively.
• Lastly, the most important advantage of having a chatbot is that it is available 24/7. No
matter what time it is, a user can get a query solved. All these advantages of a chatbot
constitute the motivation to implement a College Enquiry Chatbot.

5. OBJECTIVE
• Chatbots can support students in finding course details quickly
by connecting them to key information.
• This can alleviate the burden for instructional staff, as the
chatbot can serve as the first line of communication regarding
due dates, assignment details, homework resources, etc. In
addition, students can get the help and information they need at
any hour of the day (or night, as the case may be).
• The teaching team will save time not having to answer similar
questions over and over again, and students will receive
answers immediately.
• Chatbot conversations can help with identifying resources as
well as answering questions about due dates and course
information at any hour.
6. ChatBot foe Higher Education System are managed manually. It
requires a lot of time to record or to retrieve details. The admin who
have to keep record details safe. So to make this system the survey
performed was with the help of Reference books, Reference Papers,
IEEE papers, and some online websites.

14. CONCLUSION
A chatbot is one of the simple ways to transport data from a computer
without having to think for proper keywords to look up in a search or
browse several web pages to collect information users can easily type
their query in natural language and retrieve information.
The above information about the design, implementation of the chatbot has
been presented. From the survey above, it can be said that the
development and improvement of chatbot design grow at an
unpredictable rate due to variety of methods and approaches used to
design a chatbot.
