A TEACHER IS RESPONSIBLE PERSON. HE/SHE HAVE TO MOTIVATE
STUDENT FOR DOING SOMETHING CREATIVE, PREPARE A FUTURE
LEADER. IN OTHER WORLDS TEACHING IS AN ACT OF CONSTRUCTION
OF A NATION.
WHAT IS AN EFFECTIVE
TEACHING?
THE TEACHING WHICH GIVES GOOD RESULTS IS AN EFFECTIVE
TEACHING. FOR ASSESSMENT OF RESULTS OF TEACHING A TEACHER
CHECK DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS OF STUDENTS PERSONALITY. A
TEACHING IS EFFECTIVE WHEN STUDENTS ADOPT THERE SPECIFIC
LEARNED IN THERE BEHAVIOR.
FOR EXAMPLE
• A teacher teach student “telling a lie” is bad habit.
• if a student speak truth and avoid telling lies. Then his teaching
is effective otherwise it needs improvement.
• Now the question is how can we make our teaching effective:

USE TO TEACH DIFFERENT TOPICS:
• Like grammar translation method used to teach classical
languages.
• Audio visual and audio lingual method use for teaching science,
social studies, humanities etc.
• Lecture method is used in higher grades.
• In the same way discussion method is used in teaching social
studies, literature, science etc.
• In the same problem based method is used to teach
mathematics.

FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF EFFECTIVENESS OF TEACHING: TEACHER
SHOULD EVALUATE STUDENTS LEARNING.
