Prior to the event:
Assign staff for Greeting, distributing Drinking & Snacks , Games
During the event:
set the stage for Speech , Proposal video , Dancing , and supervise catering.
After the Event: Seeing guests off

Alcohol safety
-Serve food with high protein content
-Enforce the event’s rules by putting a limit
drinks per guest.
-Adult supervise the underage.
-Always serve nonalcoholic beverage
alternatives.
-Set starting and ending times of the drinks
offering.
-Medical care kit should be easily reached
-Appoint event monitors and appoint
designated drivers.

-Chosen caterer must show documentation of special permits
issued by local health department.
-Guests’ allergies should be researched.
-Guideline should be instructive for the caterer
(Choose a food-safe menu, Practice good health and hygiene, Maintain good practices

-Keep track of the attendance number
-Adults and parents should be responsible for watching
the young ones.

Gas and Electricity Safety
Make sure that all electrical appliance manuals are read and kept in
a place where they can be found if needed.
Make certain that light bulbs are the correct wattage.
Never use bulbs that are of a higher wattage than recommended.
Make certain that all fuses are the right size for circuits.
Check electrical outlets on a regular basis.
Keep all electrical cords away from water and water sources.
Maintain electrical cords in good working condition and do not overload them.
Install ground-fault circuit interrupters to reduce the risk of electrocution.
Make certain that electrical appliances are unplugged when not in use

Mobile impaired:
A wheel chair ramp will be installed
Wheelchairs escorts are available at the venue main entrance point and during the event
Other facilities (like restrooms) should also accommodate attendees with special needs.
Vision and Hearing impaired:
Service animals are welcomed
Sign language interpreters
Audio service should available (an assisted listening system (ALS) or captioning service)
Emergency Safety:
Equip the fire alarm with flash light, or connect it to a vibrate pillow.
Make sure that not only assistance will be available
There should not be any obstacle in the way while escaping.
Equip the event venue with heat resistant Braille or other tactile signs
