 Be in good general health
and feeling well.
 Be at least 17 years old.
 Weigh at least 130 lbs.
 Be at least 5’1”.

8. Before going to
donation:Get enough sleep at the
night of donation.
Eat a balanced meal. Before
donating about two hours.
You must drink fluid (caffeine-free
) a little more than usual.
