In Organization Structure we have studied about Structure, Culture and Resources of our Business Organization. 3. In a corporate culture we work in a group of Shareholders, Managers, and Employees (Sales Agent, Driver, Conductor, IT Administrator) and there is a horizontal communication between all the Stake holders. 4. In a Organization we have studies that we shall create a positive working environment to all the employees with a reward and commission system.
