1. Pitch Feedback
To get feedback from the pitch I interviewed 4
people after they all read my pitch, asking them
for a general response/opinion on what they
thought of it. To make it equal I did 2 boys and 2
girls. I also asked them to be very raw and
honest, even if that meant negative criticism.

2. Opinion One – Rosie Morgan
• “I feel that your pitch as a very good, unique
idea! Apart from the horror movie ‘The Boy’ I
actually have not heard off many horror films
based under your idea, I think you should go for it
to be honest!”

3. Opinion Two – Ashley M
• “If I am completely honest and blunt with you I
feel the idea of dolls has been played on a lot for
horror films! I mean there are so many films based
around dolls, Annabelle, Chucky, The Boy?
Honestly it is a really good idea that the doll will
be taking human form but I think you should think
more outside the box!”

4. Opinion Three – Dione
• “I agree with Ashley to be honest. The idea is
good but I feel that the concept has been over
used a lot which could take away the unique
aspect factor of your work. The fact that the doll
would be in human form does put a twist to the
plot line however!”

5. Opinion Four – Dione
• “Personally I like the doll being in human form
concept, but when just making a general analysis
of horror films I feel the concept of the antagonist
being supernatural is what is over used. I feel
personally that a human antagonist would actually
be better as it would create a sense of realism,
like this could actually happen – which I find the
ultimate scare!”
