TouchPoint Names Malinda Wheeler Executive Vice President and Managing Partner
Fast Growing Industry Leader Strengthens Resources

the multifamily industry, announced today that Malinda Wheeler will be joining the company on June 1st
as Executive Vice President and Managing Partner. Wheeler will be responsible for sales, marketing and
customer success management. In addition, Wheeler will help oversee the development of corporate
strategy and operations.

Wheeler possess more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry with prior work in property
management, sales management and delivering strategies for operations and revenue growth. Prior to
joining TouchPoint, she has served as Regional Director of Sales for the Western United States for Valet
Waste since December 2010. Previous to 2010 Wheeler has brought great success to companies such
as On-Site.com, Apartment Finder, Apartment Guide, and Bay Apartment Communities, now Avalon. She
possesses great strength and success in launching new practices into the multifamily industry.
