We Loved this House Because:
1. 4 Full bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms allowed us to enjoy this house from marriage all the way
through 2 kids with room for family visitors from out of town.
2. We love being able to walk to the Square for Graeters, Tellers, Arthurs, the Fire House, Khakis,
the Marathon, and the Farmers Market
3. We have incredible neighbors. They helped us raise our kids, threw neighborhood parties, and
treated everyone as a friend.
4. Our street is ideal. Quiet street is safe and peaceful. All residential with consistent architecture.
There is a park at the end of our street which is great to meet other kids and young families.
5. This house is in great shape. While we had to maintain it, we never had a catastrophic home
repair.
6. Very few houses in Hyde Park in this price range have as nice a backyard as this house.
7. Morning sun on the front porch and afternoon sun in the backyard is a hidden treat.
8. We love the woodwork, stain glass, brass door knobs, and granite counter tops in this house.
9. We are 20 minutes or less from everything. The airport is 18 minutes, downtown is 7 minutes,
Rookwood is 3 minutes. It’s the best.
10. The 3rd
floor is like a private apartment for our guests with full bath and walk in closet.
