The Teacher Induction Scheme was introduced in 2002 to provide a structured programme of experience, continuous professional development and support for newly qualified teachers, wherever they might be placed across Scotland. The Scheme seeks to ensure that, through a process or continuous professional review and development, teachers are supported effectively to achieve the Standard for Full Recognition. The seminar will report on research conducted by the General Teaching Council for Scotland to evaluate the working of the Teacher Induction Scheme from the perspectives of probationer teachers, supporters and headteachers. It will highlight key issues for the future enhancement of the Scheme. http://www.ltscotland.org.uk/slf/previousconferences/2007/seminars/modelsofsupportinthescottishteacherinductionscheme.asp

Practitioners in the education field will be aware of the wide variety of measures of attainment used in the Scottish Education system. At national level the Scottish Survey of Achievement measures attainment at a number of stages during school and compares performance year on year. At the same time, international studies such as PISA, TIMSS and PIRLS measure Scotland’s performance in comparison to other countries in the key areas of literacy, maths and science. http://www.ltscotland.org.uk/slf/previousconferences/2007/seminars/nationalandinternationalstudies.asp

The Youth Music Initiative (YMI) has led to an explosion of music making opportunities across Scotland in the 4 years since its inception. The boldness of the Scottish Executive's intervention through the YMI provided an opportunity to short-circuit the usual journey from making the case to making a difference. It laid the foundations for revolutionising youth music in Scotland. http://www.ltscotland.org.uk/slf/previousconferences/2007/seminars/musicforlifeforexcellenceandforall.asp

While single melodic lines are simpler and more straightforward, they still allow for creativity and emotional expression. Meanwhile, the simultaneous occurrence of multiple melodic lines can create a more intricate and complex musical structure that challenges the listener's ear and engages their attention.

Wizards are very useful for creating a good user experience. In all businesses, interactive sessions are most beneficial. To improve the user experience, wizards in Odoo provide an interactive session. For creating wizards, we can use transient models or abstract models. This gives features of a model class except the data storing. Transient and abstract models have permanent database persistence. For them, database tables are made, and the records in such tables are kept until they are specifically erased.
