Within the opening sequence I
hope to establish an artistic
beauty through the use of stills.
We also hope that stills will build
up atmosphere andpersona of
the character, ‘steeze’

Our second aim on the shoot was
Shooting!! to create a urban ambiance so
we photographed against
corrugated iron textures and
around streets and estates.

haunting and

4. Thinking of the
editing process
when we put our
opening together
the color images
may not work and
therefore we may
have to convert to
black and white as
the red in the image
is quite dominant
and may distract and
break up the flow of
the opening.

This shot creates an
intimacy between
audience and subject
as the subject looks
straight into the
camera
