• Founded 15 years ago by Raul Fulgêncio, the company operates in the primary
market, secondary market and property management.
• Leader company in the market of Londrina, with +50% of share in primary market¹ and secondary
market sales exceeding R$ 100 million a year.
• 90% of primary market sales coming from non listed homebuilders.
• The leverage for generating new businesses already starts with the evaluation/trading of the land.
Raul Fulgêncio participates in the choice of the land and the development of the projects, such as
shopping malls and areas for incorporation.
• Acquisition of 51% of LPS Raul Fulgêncio with base value of R$ 36,7 million;
• No compete commitment from the partner after leaving the Company, provided in the contract;
• CrediPronto! now holds exclusivity for all mortgages loan from the new company, expanding its
presence in this market.
