• AçãoDall’Oca was constituted in 2010 from the expertise in the sales segment of two
large brokerage companies in Brasília, Ação Imobiliária and Dall'Oca Imóveis.
• AçãoDall'Oca Imóveis sells exclusively high standard properties in Brasília, both
residential and commercial.
• Located in the Lago Sul, a prime area in Brasília, AçãoDall'Oca has a team of 20 brokers,
and works with the concept of boutique of properties.
•Acquisition of 51% of the company with a base value of R$12.2 million;
• Nocompete commitment from the partner for a period of 8 years after leaving the
Company, provided in the contract.
• now holds exclusivity for all mortgages loan from Pronto AçãoDall'Oca,
expanding its platform to penetrate this market.
