Company’s Overview




   • Traditional
              brokerage Company in Campinas, it was founded by the partners Sérgio
   Cappucci and Jubran Kfouri, both having over 20 years of experience in the local market


   • The company works exclusively in the secondary market
   • The Company is associated    to a Network of Brokers of Campinas, has 2 stores and a
   sales force of over 30 independent brokers

   • Acquisition of 51% of the business with base value of R$ 6.6 million
   • No compete commitment from the partner after leaving the Company, provided in the
   contract

   • CrediPronto  now holds exclusivity for all mortgages loan from the new company,
   expanding its presence in this market.
