2. The Junction
The Junction is a registered Charity venue, which originated in 1990, due to complaints from citizens
saying they had nowhere to hold a rave.
The target audience is under 30’s, A place for the young adults of Cambridge
3. The Picturehouse is an independent cinema, which does not show all the mainstream
films like the other cinemas in our city.
Instead, it plays more independent cinema as well as classic film’s re-generated to the
new technology of today.
They even have a Big Scream! which is a weekly club for parents with their babies to go
to, where they lower the sound and lighting so it is suitable for the toddlers.
It also gives a chance for the parent’s to socialize.
