 Working as a Production Technician in Wyeth Nutritional Singapore Co Pte Ltd, Tuas

 Worked as Chemical Engineering Technician in Kaneka Singapore Co Pte Ltd in

WYETH NUTRITION:
 Monitor, Operate and Control the Process using PLC.
 Perform field work and other process related manual operations.
 Update process details and production details in SAP.
 Carry out in process test and quality analysis in production lab.
 Carried out all production activity in compliance with cGMP requirement.
 Carry out minor maintenance work in process equipment’s.
 Prepare production process equipment’s for preventive and major maintenance.
 Process equipment’s shout down and startup as per production plan.
 Dryer Nozzle preparation and assembly as per Master Record.

2.  Follow and Control the Critical Process Parameter as per master record.
 Carry out routine dryer chamber inspection and evaporator inspection.
 Cooperate with other department for product and in process sampling.
 Carry out product change over, evaporator CIP and dryer CIP operation.
 Carry out plant patrol to ensure all process equipment’s running smoothly.
 Coordinate with other department to achieve day-to-day production target.
 Strictly adhere and follow HSE rules and regulations.
 Report to Manager if any abnormality in process or in equipment’s.
KANEKA SINGAPORE CO PTE LTD:
 Handling process equipment’s like Reactors, Crystallizers and Centrifuges.
 Monitor and control the process parameters using DCS (Distributed Control System).
 Perform field operations and other process related manual operations.
 Collect in process samples and carried out in process quality analysis.
 Carried out minor maintenance work in process equipment’s.
 Carried out minor process and equipment’s trouble shooting.
 Plan and prepare the process equipment’s for preventive and major maintenance work.

 Carry out the day-to-day production activity, and achieve the production targets.
 Ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with cGMP
requirements.
 Strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures and documentation practice.
 Take charge of all the production activity of the shift and coordinate with the other
colleague in the department in different shifts.
 Coordinate with the different departments QA, QC, warehouse and Maintenance for
achieving the day-to-day production targets.
 Ensure that the equipment’s, instruments and area are validation and calibrated as per the
schedule.
 Carry out the process as per the standard protocols and validated process.
 Train the subordinates (SOP, BPCR & MSDS) and maintain the training records as per the

house engineering team.
 Trouble identification and rectify that issue in new project with contractor or in-house

(120 kgs cap.), Vibro sifter, Blender (Double cone) and Crushers (Multi mill) and Turbo Shifter
Multimill.
Check the Quality of the tablets Like Hardness, Thickness, Friability, Capping, Sticking
and D.T (Dissolution time) and solve the problems of the tablets.

Tamilnadu.
