VarsityJV1 JV2
Corey Brinkmeyer, Kevin Schmidt, Sho Takaoka, +1 Varsity Assistant
Philosophy
While high school sports are about participation, we don’t prescribe to the idea
that everyone will get equal playing time.
JV1 & JV2 players may find that the minutes are more evenly distributed.
Naturally, we want to win every game that we play.
We do substitute often, and they are unlimited in high school soccer. Substitutions
often depend on the positions played, and the depth and number of players at
each position.
We do make it a point of trying to find some game time for each player on a regular
basis (not every game however, and assuming that players attend practices
regularly).
