  2. Talk about small actions-big impact= Leadership. Get delegates to reflect upon lollipop moments from this conference and AIESEC journey. *20 mins
  3. Go over the flow of the conference and the journey that delegates have been on- discuss the objectives of the session i.e. to reflect upon their why, vision and leadership style; to consolidate this and to move forward using them to create big impact in the world. *10 mins
  4. HGLs distribute ‘My Why’ session output, give 5 min reflection time (can write on paper) and then 5-10 mins to share in pairs *15 mins

  8. Get HGLs to swap between delegates and explain that these are a promise- in two weeks time each delegate will take a picture and hashtag #whywhathowAIESEC UK and possibly create a lollipop moment for that person. *10 minutes
