● Attend Online Workshops
○ You can find a lot of the Workshops via eventbrite.com and just join the list to
be alerted about upcoming workshops
○ When you are an MWBE and on the SBS list you’ll be invited to a lot of
workshops
● Check Passport and other MWBE Portals to Search for Opportunities
○ Check for Opportunities Weekly
○ Attend Online Meetings regarding RFPs, not just to find out more about an RFP
(Request for Proposals) that you are bidding on, but to network
○ Form Partnerships and Alliances with other MWBEs to go after big projects
● Create a Mastermind Group or Join one
○ Create a Group to discuss RFPs and go after them together (I am in a MWBE
Mastermind that has collectively booked a quarter of a million dollars in
projects
● Reach out to MWBEs via the SBS MWBE Online Directory
