Many of you will come to the age which you start considering the way to continue what you are doing. Especially if it is your mission of your belonging organization such as company, university or community, it will become serious problem. In this session we would like to exchange our thoughts on this issue. At the same time, a newly created Operating System for education will be introduced.

A story of Specification

If you want my 2 Cent:
- stop these rather useless specifications and provide patchkits instead
- try to actually submit the patches upstream to get a feeling which
of your 'features' are compltely hopeless, which are okay and which
can better be solved in different ways.
May be without any real experience, it is so hard to learn.

Let them Follow Embryogenesis Steps?
Should we let the next generation people to
follow our past steps of evolution? Just
resembling to the case of embryogenesis
process.
I think it not always to be realistic.

I would like to be optimistic!
At least, the next generation
people also enjoy the Open

Most of the concerns
would be wiped away.
