The meeting discussed creating a promotional video for a photography course to increase enrollment. They reviewed similar videos created by other colleges and how the college advertises itself online to understand requirements. The project brief and scope of work was explained so the client understood what was needed for the assignment. Any remaining questions were addressed and the next meeting was scheduled just before filming.

Discuss what we have been asked to do, and what is required to finish of this assignment.
Describe that we have to create a promotional video for the Photography course to try
and make more people want to attend it.
Let Lee know exactly what we want to do with the product and how we want to perceive
his course.
2. Showing Some Similar Videos
Show some other videos which have been created by other colleges so that you can see
the basics of what is required from a promotional video.
Have a look at the Cheadle And Marple Sixth Form College YouTube site so that we can
see how the rest of the college has been advertised.

3 Describing What Is Required
Show the brief of so that you can better understand what is required from us, and how we
need the video to be created. Also show the assignment on the website so he knows the
volume of work that we need to do for the rest of the assignment.
4 Finish Up
Make sure that he understands everything we have told him.
Ask him if he had any questions about the product or how we want to film it.
Talk about anything that Lee may be unsure about.
Organize our next meeting with the client just before we start filming.
