2. Lumiere Brothers the Lumiere brothers were 2 brothers called auguste and Louis Lumiere. They where the worlds first film makers. Louis worked for his dad and was trying to make a development in moving images by using his still photography. 3. William Horner William horner was the creator of the zoetrope what was made in 1834, also know as the ‘daedaleum’. The zoetrope is a hollow cylinder with parallel axial slits, what can rotate quicklyon the axis, so when you look through the slits it is revealing an optical illusion as if the picture was moving but it wasn’t.

4. Emile Reynaud Charles-emile reynaud was a French science teacher, He was the first person to create a animated cartoon film and was the creator of the ‘praxunoscope’ it is a progression form the ‘zoetrope’ as well and the inventor of the ‘theatre optique’ were he would show his animated films to the public.

5. Joseph Plateau Joseph plateau was the first creator of the device that made people believe the illusion of the image was actually moving, he was a doctor of physical and mathematical science in 1829, he created the illusion he would need two disks, which counter-rotate. One with small holes that when looking through you would see the other which consists of a sequence of images. When the rotating was synchronized perfectly, the images would create an animated effect.
