TOOLS TO AWARENESS
• Career Tests or Inventories are Awareness
Tools that measure your interests, abilities,
skills, talents, and values.
• The Self Assessment section is the place where
you will find four Career Tests or Inventories.

The Holland Interest Areas and Codes are:

The interest areas show the relationship between
interests, abilities, hobbies, characteristics,
careers, and college majors.

INVESTIGATIVE PERSONALITY STYLE
Characteristics: Analytical,
Intellectual, Reserved,
Independent, Scholarly,
Judgmental

INVESTIGATIVE STRENGTHS
Strengths: Works with abstract
ideas and intellectual problems

INVESTIGATIVE POTENTIAL CAREERS
Potential Careers: Biologist,
Chemist, Historian, Researcher,
Doctor, Mathematician

INVESTIGATIVE COLLEGE MAJORS
Possible College Majors:
Physics, Biology, Chemistry,
