FOUR SEASONS, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt
Four Seasons 5-star deluxe resort complex in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The
resort comprises 136 luxurious guest houses, 27 suites, 61 family suites,
3 villas, SPA halls, 13 rooms and 2 suites with a sauna. To resort also in-
cludes 4 pools that cover a total area of 2,030 m² as well as 5 restaurants.

ANANTARA RESORT HOTEL, Muscat, Oman
5 star Luxury Hotel of the Anantara Resorts Hotel Group in Muscat, Oman, of 300 beds capac-
ity, consisting of deluxe bungalows, a 350 m² SPA, 3 outdoors swimming polls, an outdoors
Jacuzzi, a children’s swimming pool, children facilities, Conference & Banquet Halls (which
can host 650 people), 2 Restaurants, Bar, Beach Club, Bar, Fitness Centre and Tennis Court.

PARK INN 3 star Hotel located in Westlands area Nairobi,
Kenya. The hotel consists of 140 rooms, gymnasium, rooftop

FINCH HATTONS, Kenya
Finch Hattons is a game resort locat-
ed in the centre of Tsavo West National
Park in Kenya. Finch Hattons will be re-
furbished and obtain a more eco-friendly
and luxury character. A SPA building and
a Sky Bar along with a Pool Area will be
added to the lodge. The existing Public
Area Building will be fully refurbished in
order to be upgraded and meet today’s
requirements. The tents will be refur-
bished and decreased in number so as
to provide 5-star services for a manage-
able number of guests.The classification
of tents is: 4 star single tent (11 items), 4
star double tent (2 items), 5 star single
tent (5 items), 5 star double tent (1 item).

LIMURU MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT, Kenya
Limuru is a mixed use development on a property of 191 acres. The primary
land use of the development will be residential together with a commercial
(retail) strip that will serve the development and common facilities (schools,
etc.). A separate part of the property will be used for light industrial uses
(warehouses). The total development will accommodate 1,150 houses/ apart-
ments, mall, hotel, retail shops, school, and common buildings.
