MARRIOTT COURTYARD, MAHABLESHWAR
The Retreat is situated in
several hectares of verdant
parkland on a hill station in
the Indian state of
Maharashtra. This unusual
hotel property is located at
the edge of thick forest
adjacent to Yenna river and
the spectacular Lingmala Falls.
Within the property, outdoor
space is as intrinsic as the
indoor. Much of the “public”
areas such as restaurants and
guestroom lounges are
located on open-air terraces.
I was engaged to create both
the architectural and interior
concepts as a single design
entity as, with this project, the
two cannot really be
separated. Local natural
materials such as stone and
timber are predominant within
the structure as well as within
the interior spaces.
This “natural materials”
concept and the concentration
on environmentally friendly
construction methodologies
have resulted in this
development’s objective to be
first to be Lead Platinum
Certified in India.

Lonavala Village, India
The Lonavala Resort and
Residences development is a
very special project located
within a heritage conservation
reserve classified as a hill
station.
Sited in the high hills of India’s
Maharashtra state Lonavala
can be found 150 kms west of
the City of Pune.
The resort’s internal pot area
measures 101,578 sqm.
However, the regulations
governing the conservation of
this spectacular wilderness
area means that the allowable
built up area is limited 12,695
sqm.
Consisting of 90 chalets/villas
The resort caters to elite clients
searching for rest and
relaxation ensconced within a
natural haven of beautiful hills
verdant with old growth forest
and waterway.
The Resort will cater to those
looking for health and
relaxation in the treatments at
the Resort’s Spa and engage
the Guests in a custom-
designed feast at the two
specially designed restaurants.
Client: Chrysal Pvt Ltd
Obhur Resort– KSA
This boutique resort development
is located on the Saudi coast at
Obhur 30 km north of Jeddah.
With a seaside plot of 4,000m² and
an allowance of 30%, the project
BUA of 1,200m²/floor or 2,400m²
for a total of 4 floors. Aside from
the main buildings there is
a requirement for 20
wooden bungalows of
50m² each which will
render a total
development area of
3,500m² for the plot as a whole.
The resort is designed to a
contemporary Mediterranean style
with open plan areas and large
balconies and terraces so that
guests will be able to take full
advantage of the open-air lifestyle.
The villas and bungalows are
situated in such a way that privacy
for each unit is maximised whilst
retaining a sense of overall
community.
Other resort facilities include
restaurant, pool, health-club and
other leisure facilities
My scope was the full site master
planning as well as architectural
and interior concept design.
RADDISON FUJAIRA RESORT AND SPA
DIBBA ROCK FUJAIRAH
Located in the seaside destination of
FUJAIRA , RADDISON FUJAIRA Resort sits on
a plot of 20,500 sqm with a beachfront 296
mtr wide.
With a central spine of water features the
resort property comprises 120 chalets
ranging from one to three bedroom located
down each side of the plot leading down to
the beach where the guest will find the resort
swimming pool and the indoor/outdoor
restaurant.
The main building at the head of the
property adjacent to the entrance
accommodates, reception, coffee shop,
meting rooms and a fitness centre as well s
the back of house services.
I was engaged for its complete concept
design both the Architectural and Interior
design.
In the Indian state of Maharashtra, one
of the country’s cleanest and greenest
cities, Nagpur, is set to host KRS Realty’s
new prestige urban residential
development.
Located In a lush parkland and garden
setting, the precinct will be interspersed
with fresh waterways and wide
landscaped areas.
Internal streets and quiet cul-de-sacs
intersecting with private bus routes and
bicycle paths will make for relaxed and

Maidan Township Development, Nairobi, Kenya
The Maidan
Housing Development is
located n area of Ruiru on
the outskirts of Nairobi in
Kenya 40 minute from the
capital city’s centre and 1 hour
from the international airport.
The overall development size is
895 acres (3.5M sqm) and is
being planned as an
autonomous township
centering on quality lifestyle
and security as design and
marketing benchmarks. The
general layout of a central
parkland with a lake and
recreational facilities
surrounded by multiple dwelling
formats and bordered on the
western aspect with
commercial and institutional
development.
There are a number of
residential unit types including
detached houses and villas of
varying designs ranging from 2
bedroom to 5 bedroom units.
Residential apartments
combined with retail outlets
allow for a more higher density
dwelling area near the centre
of the development.
Complimenting the residential
aspect are such facilities as
multilevel business centres, a
convention centre
complimented by a hotel.
There will also be a fully
equipped general hospital ,
gold resort and community
clubs supporting the
community.
Client: Grand Maidan Holdings - Kenya
AL Bayan Compound
Al Bayan Compound
Totalling 449,000 square meters with
a 4 star hotel, school, commercial
and residential centers, this
prestigious complex will be home to
the high level expat community of
Riyadhi.
I was engaged in this project as an
assistant concept designer.
Obhur Sea Resort Al Fahd
Located in the seaside destination of Obhur, 30 minutes north or Jeddah, the Al Fahd
Resort sits on a plot of 16,900 sqm with a beachfront 64mtr wide.
With a central spine of water features the resort property comprises 70 chalets ranging
from one to three bedroom located down each side of the plot leading down to the
beach where the guest will find the resort swimming pool and the indoor/outdoor
restaurant.
The main building at the head of the property adjacent to the entrance accommodates
52 hotel rooms, reception, coffee shop, meting rooms and a fitness centre as well s the
back of house services. Total keys for the resort is 122.
I was assigned for the building design options for this project

Selected High rise building
Corniche Tower, Jeddah, KSA
Preconcept
The Corniche Tower is located in the Al
Hamra areas of the city of Jeddah in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The 64 floor tower is designed to be a
true multi-use building in a twin tower
format.
The taller of the two towers will
concentrate on significant podium
parking and convention centre
continuing upwards with residential
floors in a variety of configurations
extending up to the penthouses on the
top 4 floors.
The lower 30 floor tower, sharing the
same podium, will accommodate a three
level shopping mall with entrances at
ground level followed upwards with 12
floors of office space. The remainder of
the tower will feature an international
brand deluxe hotel with a panoramic
restaurant at the summit.
I was engaged in conceptual design for
this project as an assistant team leader.
Al Khozama Residence, Al Khobar, KSA
The Al Khozama Serviced
Apartments, facing the gulf and the
Bahrain Bridge, are deluxe serviced
apartments comprising two bocks,
of which one will house
accommodation units designed for
family occupation and the other
tower will cater to single or twin
sharing guest apartments. Guests
will be able to share an executive
lounge, two high end restaurants. a
state-of-the-art SPA and an open
lounge.
Situated in Al Khobar , a bustling
economic center within the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the
towers will form an impressive part
of the city skyline attracting VIP
residents from both within KSA and
from the wider Gulf region.
The management company for the
serviced apartments will be Al
Khozama.
My scope was architectural
revisions, 3d animation of building
and interior concept designing.
TIME Hotel- King Fahd Road, Riyadh
Client: Al Fahd Group, KSA
The TIME Hotel in Riyadh will be the first of this international brand in the Kingdom.
The 3B + G + 21 floor hotel structure is to be a model of efficiency in its contemporary
design. The challenge of architectural design was the small footprint of the building on a
plot of 612m² while maintaining a viable operation floor plan for a profitable hotel
operation.
The look and feel of the building and is compatible interior is of a clean, contemporary
design while maximising the area usage on all levels.
I was engaged with the multiple scopes of Architectural Design, Structural Engineering,
and Interior Design.

Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
This prestigious
residential development is
located on the outer circle
of the Palm Jumeirah in
Dubai UAE.
Catering to an up-market
client the site is one of
the best on the Palm
giving views toward the
Gulf waters from one
aspect and a full view
over the Palm from the
other.
The two apartment
buildings are
complemented in the
central plaza by secure
leisure activities including
swimming pool, fitness
centre and bbq area.
185 car parking is located
in the extensive basement
taking up a large
percentage of the plot
and is accessed from
within each building.
The apartments comprise
a range of 4 bedroom
duplex formats with large
terraces and balconies.
My scope was
masterplanning of the site
and architectural design
,as an assistant team
leader .
KHAMARDIH – Raipur, India
The Khamardih Residential Complex
is located in the city of Raipur
where there is a significant move to
develop next-gen apartment
complexes which is a new sector in
this market.
This G+9 floor building
accommodates a variety of units
ranging from single story 366 sqft
to double story duplex of 627 sqft.
Referred to as Vertical villas the
apartments retain all the feature of
a detached house apart from the
garden.
The Complex provides for ancillary
facilities such as a health club,
indoor and outdoor play areas,
swimming pools and a small
commercial centre catering to the
residents and other locals.
With a total built-up area of
191,000 sqft and fully provisioned
with basement parking, Khamardih
is one of the first developments of
its type in this city.
Private Residence at Umm Suqiem
Located in the prestigious residential area of
Dubai’s Umm Seqeim this classically inspired
mansion is sites on a plot of 56,000sqft.
With ground , first and roof floors, the property
comprises a series of master suites, majlis, sitting
and dining rooms as well as full spa and jacuzzi
facilities all surrounding a grand staircase and
skylit atrium.
The interiors are designed using the European
great houses of the 18th century for insight and
inspiration.
Set in finely landscaped gardens this residential
landmark will set a new standard for refined
homes in the area.
I am engaged as an assistant architect for this
project ,managing from concept till the detailed
design development stages
LAKE VIEW APARTMENTS & VILLAS – Raipur, India
Client: Sumeet Infracon Pvt Ltd, India
Lake View Apartments & Villas is a residential
community located in the prime location of Durg within
the Raipur area which looks out upon a 56 acre scenic
lake.
Situated on a 26,000 sqm plot with a floor area of 8,235
sqm, Lake View will be a mixed use development
which combines the requirements of accessible green
areas, arcades, activity pockets pools and play areas.
It will also feature retail outlets catering to the residents
as well as social outlets such as a fully equipped
Clubhouse & Recreational Centre.
The residence units will comprise 20 luxury G+1 Villas
and 13 x 9 floor apartment buildings featuring a total of
227 apartments ranging from single bedroom flats to 4
bedroom duplex.

Millennium Copthorne Hotel, Jeddah, KSA
Client: Al Bakri Group -

This 5 star hotel property in
Jeddah KSA is unusual in
that the hotel is actually a
building within a building.
The architectural design is
such that a smaller existing
building that was originally
on the site has, for reasons
of municipal regulations,
been enclosed within a
larger new structural shell.
Sitting on a plot of 3,200
sqm with a total built up
area of 10,540 sqm this G+8
hotel building
accommodates 184
guestrooms and suites with
2 full service restaurants
and comprehensive
banqueting and function
facilities.
The lobby sits below a full 5
floor atrium with Health
Club and Spa facilities
above.
Royal Star, Dubai, UAE
Client: Royal Star
International
This prestigious hotel
development is located on the
newly completed Deira Island
in Dubai UAE. The plot area is
5,000 sqm and the property has
a total F.A.R of 10,488 sqm
Catering to an up-market
clientele this is a 5 star primarily
business hotel comprising 155
keys with significant meeting
and conference facilities.
Guests may take advantage of
a wide range of room sizes
including Grand Suites as well
as two restaurants and a state-
of-the-art health club and spa.
This outstanding hotel property
has been designed along
classical lines catering to the
primarily middle eastern market
although the interiors certainly
show a contemporary line in
guest rooms and suites.
My scope was to assist in
designing masterplanning of
the site and architectural and
interior design.
Radisson Blu, Juba, South Sudan
Client: Reamna International
This Radisson Blu hotel
development is Juba – South
Sudan will be the fiorst of its
kind in this the world’s most
recently created nation.
The ground floor + 12 level
hotel will be the, on
completion, the tallest and
most efficiently engineered
building in the city.
Comprising 158 keys, 4 food
and beverage outlets as well
as extensive function and
business facilities, this hotel
will set the benchmark for
quality hotel properties in this
city.
One of the key factors in the
design of this property is the
attention to the ease of
maintenance in terms of the
choice of materials for their
durability and longevity.
Efficiency in building
management has been
considered considering the
environmental challenges
with which this property is
faced.
I was engaged in designing
master plan of the site and
architectural concept design,
and detailed design .

The second biggest mall
in Tehran, where my
scope was façade
enhancement of the
building from
conceptual to detail
design .
Juba Mall
Juba MALL
Juba Mall will be the focal point of the
new developing capital city of South
Sudan where modern shopping facilities
together with recreation and food court
spaces will be a novelty to the country.
Near the Nile river and in the middle of
the new city, the mall will be the first of
its kind in the region.
I was engaged as assistant architect in
designing the space planning as well as
the central atrium interior .
SUMEET BUSINESS PARK – India
The Sumeet Business Park 5 star Hotel
and Shopping Mall development is
slated for the city of Raipur in India and
will be the first of its kind in the state.
The 100 plus room hotel is built round a
central atrium with all luxury rooms
enjoying a view the city.
Particularly catering to the upscale
weddings market, the hotel design
features extensive highest-in-class
banqueting and functions facilities able
to cater to several hundred guests.
The hotel’s 2 restaurants, a high class
buffet restaurant and an intimate
speciality outlet, will be attractive to
both hotel guests and city residents
alike. The specially designed Night
Lounge will be at once intimate and
relaxing appealing to the socialite and
businessman looking to spend some
quality time with conversation, music
and tempting menus.
The 7,500 sqft shopping mall abutting
the hotel extends across 2 levels of the
structure. High quality materials will
finish the public areas that will support
internationally branded retail outlets and
recreational facilities. The international
feel of the design style will ensure that
the Mall becomes a highlight of Raipur’s
social scene.
ANUPCHAND JEWELERS – Raipur, India
As one the most reputable and
distinguished jewellers of Gujarat, the
client wanted to combine stark
contemporary look with the very
traditional features of the region.
The project although small in size, has
been an interesting concept to come up
with .
Bahrain Bridge Hotel, Al Khobar, KSA
Client: Al Fahd Group, KSA
Located adjacent to the celebrated
Bahrain Bridge on the Saudi approach,
this magnificent luxury hotel property is
intended to be an architectural
benchmark and trend-setter within the
hospitality market of the Kingdom.
Facing onto its own private lagoon this
hotel will reflect the epitome of 5 star
comfort with multiple internationally
branded restaurants, a Grand Spa,
sumptuous guestrooms and suites all
designed to the highest global standards.
The hotel will feature 255 guestrooms and
suites as well as 3 Royal Suites. Set in
extensively landscaped gardens this
hotel property will also offer private villas
of a variety of sizes and formats.
The hotel activities will include the full
range of water sports both within the
lagoon and outside of it within the Gulf
itself. A world class marina is being
designed to complement the property
allowing for VIP guests to choose their
own mode of arrival.
A generously sized Spa, also
internationally branded, will be provided
for together with kids clubs and all
manner of entertainments for families and
solo guests alike.

Architectural and Interior design on this

Othman Mosque
The Othman Grand Mosque is
located in Al Kharj, approximately 80
kilometres south of Riyadh.
The Grand Mosque is Turkish in style in
both architecture and in its interior
design.
Aside from the formal prayer hall
which accommodates 2,500
worshippers, the Grand Mosque
features its own extensive libraries, a
variety of study rooms, guest
accommodation and the imam’s
residence,

  • 4. MARRIOTT COURTYARD, MAHABLESHWAR The Retreat is situated in several hectares of verdant parkland on a hill station in the Indian state of Maharashtra. This unusual hotel property is located at the edge of thick forest adjacent to Yenna river and the spectacular Lingmala Falls. Within the property, outdoor space is as intrinsic as the indoor. Much of the “public” areas such as restaurants and guestroom lounges are located on open-air terraces. I was engaged to create both the architectural and interior concepts as a single design entity as, with this project, the two cannot really be separated. Local natural materials such as stone and timber are predominant within the structure as well as within the interior spaces. This “natural materials” concept and the concentration on environmentally friendly construction methodologies have resulted in this development’s objective to be first to be Lead Platinum Certified in India.   • 5. Lonavala Village, India The Lonavala Resort and Residences development is a very special project located within a heritage conservation reserve classified as a hill station. Sited in the high hills of India’s Maharashtra state Lonavala can be found 150 kms west of the City of Pune. The resort’s internal pot area measures 101,578 sqm. However, the regulations governing the conservation of this spectacular wilderness area means that the allowable built up area is limited 12,695 sqm. Consisting of 90 chalets/villas The resort caters to elite clients searching for rest and relaxation ensconced within a natural haven of beautiful hills verdant with old growth forest and waterway. The Resort will cater to those looking for health and relaxation in the treatments at the Resort’s Spa and engage the Guests in a custom- designed feast at the two specially designed restaurants.   • 6. Obhur Resort– KSA This boutique resort development is located on the Saudi coast at Obhur 30 km north of Jeddah. With a seaside plot of 4,000m² and an allowance of 30%, the project BUA of 1,200m²/floor or 2,400m² for a total of 4 floors. Aside from the main buildings there is a requirement for 20 wooden bungalows of 50m² each which will render a total development area of 3,500m² for the plot as a whole. The resort is designed to a contemporary Mediterranean style with open plan areas and large balconies and terraces so that guests will be able to take full advantage of the open-air lifestyle. The villas and bungalows are situated in such a way that privacy for each unit is maximised whilst retaining a sense of overall community. Other resort facilities include restaurant, pool, health-club and other leisure facilities My scope was the full site master planning as well as architectural and interior concept design.
  • 7. RADDISON FUJAIRA RESORT AND SPA DIBBA ROCK FUJAIRAH Located in the seaside destination of FUJAIRA , RADDISON FUJAIRA Resort sits on a plot of 20,500 sqm with a beachfront 296 mtr wide. With a central spine of water features the resort property comprises 120 chalets ranging from one to three bedroom located down each side of the plot leading down to the beach where the guest will find the resort swimming pool and the indoor/outdoor restaurant. The main building at the head of the property adjacent to the entrance accommodates, reception, coffee shop, meting rooms and a fitness centre as well s the back of house services. I was engaged for its complete concept design both the Architectural and Interior design.
  • 8. In the Indian state of Maharashtra, one of the country’s cleanest and greenest cities, Nagpur, is set to host KRS Realty’s new prestige urban residential development. Located In a lush parkland and garden setting, the precinct will be interspersed with fresh waterways and wide landscaped areas. Internal streets and quiet cul-de-sacs intersecting with private bus routes and bicycle paths will make for relaxed and tranquil access around the estate. Secure access points to and from the development will ensure residents’ privacy and security. Project 560, Mombasa, Kenya Client: Central Group, Kenya Spread over a site area of 560 acres, a peninsula surrounded by water on all 3 sides , The site was designed with components ranging from an International level Hospital , International school , Residential cluster with apartments , Convention and Cultural Centre , Golf view Apartments , 18 Hole Golf Course , A Golf villa resort , 5 star rated luxury sports hotel , 3 and 4 star rated hotel Apartments , Theme Park , 5 star sports themed hotel , 7 Star rated Branded Casino Resort , Cluster Villa Development , Water Front Villas , Marina Bay and all required back of house services . COMPLETION DATE: Ongoing COST: Budgeted $ 2 Billion I was engaged in Site Infrastructure, concept Master Planning and Building Designs .

SERVICED PLOTS GOLF COURSE CLUB HOUSE HOUSES TYPE 3 HOUSES TYPE 2 HOUSES TYPE 2 GOLF RESORT HOTEL BUSINESS CENTRE 1 COMMUNITY CLUB HOSPITAL CONVENTION CENTRE BUSINESS CENTRE 2 BUSINESS CENTRE 3 HOUSES TYPE 1 APARTMENT WITH RETAIL SCHOOL SOLAR FARMING CHURCH HOUSES TYPE 2 Maidan Township Development, Nairobi, Kenya The Maidan Housing Development is located n area of Ruiru on the outskirts of Nairobi in Kenya 40 minute from the capital city’s centre and 1 hour from the international airport. The overall development size is 895 acres (3.5M sqm) and is being planned as an autonomous township centering on quality lifestyle and security as design and marketing benchmarks. The general layout of a central parkland with a lake and recreational facilities surrounded by multiple dwelling formats and bordered on the western aspect with commercial and institutional development. There are a number of residential unit types including detached houses and villas of varying designs ranging from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom units. Residential apartments combined with retail outlets allow for a more higher density dwelling area near the centre of the development. Complimenting the residential aspect are such facilities as multilevel business centres, a convention centre complimented by a hotel. There will also be a fully equipped general hospital , gold resort and community clubs supporting the community. Client: Grand Maidan Holdings - Kenya
  • 11. AL Bayan Compound Al Bayan Compound Totalling 449,000 square meters with a 4 star hotel, school, commercial and residential centers, this prestigious complex will be home to the high level expat community of Riyadhi. I was engaged in this project as an assistant concept designer.

With a central spine of water features the resort property comprises 70 chalets ranging from one to three bedroom located down each side of the plot leading down to the beach where the guest will find the resort swimming pool and the indoor/outdoor restaurant. The main building at the head of the property adjacent to the entrance accommodates 52 hotel rooms, reception, coffee shop, meting rooms and a fitness centre as well s the back of house services.   • 14. Corniche Tower, Jeddah, KSA Preconcept The Corniche Tower is located in the Al Hamra areas of the city of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia The 64 floor tower is designed to be a true multi-use building in a twin tower format. The taller of the two towers will concentrate on significant podium parking and convention centre continuing upwards with residential floors in a variety of configurations extending up to the penthouses on the top 4 floors. The lower 30 floor tower, sharing the same podium, will accommodate a three level shopping mall with entrances at ground level followed upwards with 12 floors of office space. The remainder of the tower will feature an international brand deluxe hotel with a panoramic restaurant at the summit. I was engaged in conceptual design for this project as an assistant team leader.

Al Khozama Residence, Al Khobar, KSA The Al Khozama Serviced Apartments, facing the gulf and the Bahrain Bridge, are deluxe serviced apartments comprising two bocks, of which one will house accommodation units designed for family occupation and the other tower will cater to single or twin sharing guest apartments. Guests will be able to share an executive lounge, two high end restaurants. a state-of-the-art SPA and an open lounge. Situated in Al Khobar , a bustling economic center within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the towers will form an impressive part of the city skyline attracting VIP residents from both within KSA and from the wider Gulf region. The management company for the serviced apartments will be Al Khozama. My scope was architectural revisions, 3d animation of building and interior concept designing.
  • 16. TIME Hotel- King Fahd Road, Riyadh Client: Al Fahd Group, KSA The TIME Hotel in Riyadh will be the first of this international brand in the Kingdom. The 3B + G + 21 floor hotel structure is to be a model of efficiency in its contemporary design. The challenge of architectural design was the small footprint of the building on a plot of 612m² while maintaining a viable operation floor plan for a profitable hotel operation. The look and feel of the building and is compatible interior is of a clean, contemporary design while maximising the area usage on all levels. I was engaged with the multiple scopes of Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, and Interior Design.
  • 18. Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE This prestigious residential development is located on the outer circle of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai UAE. Catering to an up-market client the site is one of the best on the Palm giving views toward the Gulf waters from one aspect and a full view over the Palm from the other. The two apartment buildings are complemented in the central plaza by secure leisure activities including swimming pool, fitness centre and bbq area. 185 car parking is located in the extensive basement taking up a large percentage of the plot and is accessed from within each building. The apartments comprise a range of 4 bedroom duplex formats with large terraces and balconies. My scope was masterplanning of the site and architectural design ,as an assistant team leader .

KHAMARDIH – Raipur, India The Khamardih Residential Complex is located in the city of Raipur where there is a significant move to develop next-gen apartment complexes which is a new sector in this market. This G+9 floor building accommodates a variety of units ranging from single story 366 sqft to double story duplex of 627 sqft. Referred to as Vertical villas the apartments retain all the feature of a detached house apart from the garden. The Complex provides for ancillary facilities such as a health club, indoor and outdoor play areas, swimming pools and a small commercial centre catering to the residents and other locals. With a total built-up area of 191,000 sqft and fully provisioned with basement parking, Khamardih is one of the first developments of its type in this city.
  • 20. Private Residence at Umm Suqiem Located in the prestigious residential area of Dubai’s Umm Seqeim this classically inspired mansion is sites on a plot of 56,000sqft. With ground , first and roof floors, the property comprises a series of master suites, majlis, sitting and dining rooms as well as full spa and jacuzzi facilities all surrounding a grand staircase and skylit atrium. The interiors are designed using the European great houses of the 18th century for insight and inspiration. Set in finely landscaped gardens this residential landmark will set a new standard for refined homes in the area. I am engaged as an assistant architect for this project ,managing from concept till the detailed design development stages

LAKE VIEW APARTMENTS & VILLAS – Raipur, India Client: Sumeet Infracon Pvt Ltd, India Lake View Apartments & Villas is a residential community located in the prime location of Durg within the Raipur area which looks out upon a 56 acre scenic lake. Situated on a 26,000 sqm plot with a floor area of 8,235 sqm, Lake View will be a mixed use development which combines the requirements of accessible green areas, arcades, activity pockets pools and play areas. It will also feature retail outlets catering to the residents as well as social outlets such as a fully equipped Clubhouse & Recreational Centre. The residence units will comprise 20 luxury G+1 Villas and 13 x 9 floor apartment buildings featuring a total of 227 apartments ranging from single bedroom flats to 4 bedroom duplex.
  • 23. Millennium Copthorne Hotel, Jeddah, KSA Client: Al Bakri Group - KSA This 5 star hotel property in Jeddah KSA is unusual in that the hotel is actually a building within a building. The architectural design is such that a smaller existing building that was originally on the site has, for reasons of municipal regulations, been enclosed within a larger new structural shell. Sitting on a plot of 3,200 sqm with a total built up area of 10,540 sqm this G+8 hotel building accommodates 184 guestrooms and suites with 2 full service restaurants and comprehensive banqueting and function facilities. The lobby sits below a full 5 floor atrium with Health Club and Spa facilities above.
  • 24. Royal Star, Dubai, UAE Client: Royal Star International This prestigious hotel development is located on the newly completed Deira Island in Dubai UAE. The plot area is 5,000 sqm and the property has a total F.A.R of 10,488 sqm Catering to an up-market clientele this is a 5 star primarily business hotel comprising 155 keys with significant meeting and conference facilities. Guests may take advantage of a wide range of room sizes including Grand Suites as well as two restaurants and a state- of-the-art health club and spa. This outstanding hotel property has been designed along classical lines catering to the primarily middle eastern market although the interiors certainly show a contemporary line in guest rooms and suites. My scope was to assist in designing masterplanning of the site and architectural and interior design.

Radisson Blu, Juba, South Sudan Client: Reamna International This Radisson Blu hotel development is Juba – South Sudan will be the fiorst of its kind in this the world’s most recently created nation. Comprising 158 keys, 4 food and beverage outlets as well as extensive function and business facilities, this hotel will set the benchmark for quality hotel properties in this city.   • 29. SUMEET BUSINESS PARK – India The Sumeet Business Park 5 star Hotel and Shopping Mall development is slated for the city of Raipur in India and will be the first of its kind in the state. The 100 plus room hotel is built round a central atrium with all luxury rooms enjoying a view the city.
