Perron’s re-development of the
building commenced in early 2007,
with a show floor created on level 18
and plans for the full refurbishment of
the building.

plans included developing each floor
in an open plan format. The exterior
and common parts of the building
including that portion of the plaza
which forms part of the building
where to be subject to extensive
upgrade and improvement including
