Purpose of meeting: ​Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.

Music track: “Right My Wrongs”
● Lyrics - The lyrics are saying how he is begging for forgiveness
from his girlfriend.
● Storyline - The story is about how a man cheated on his
girlfriend and now that she's caught him and left, he regrets it
and tries to win her back and keeps saying he’s sorry.
● Target audience - Our target audience is going to be aimed at
15 years and above because we feel that at this age people can
relate to the story more.
● Locations - Valentines Park, Nando restaurant in Ilford,
Barkingside high street
● Props/costumes - casual clothes for the actors to use, colours
such as white, blue and black. Flowers and chocolate, phone

● transportation - we will get to our location by bus or by train.
● editing techniques - There is going to be plenty of cuts based
on the beat of the song and a flashback will also be there
which means
● visual style - We will need to make the visual style look sad but
happy at the end because we need to show how at the start of
the video the main actor feels upset so the atmosphere needs
to be sad but then later on, towards the end of the video the
atmosphere will change to a more happier atmosphere as
everything solves and the girl accepts the excuses of the guy.

Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.

We have discussed as a group that we finished task 5 so now we will
move onto task 6 as we will need to create a schedule for our
budget that will show our preparation and organisation for the
money that we will be spending on to our production of the music
video. Budget will be used to buy many things such as a “studio”,
hiring a “camera operator”, “music video director” and so on that will
be shown on the budget schedule.

storyboard so we can being with what our music video will be.
However, we have nearly finished the beginning of task 6 which is
the treatment and the only remaining bit we have to include is the
approximate budget, after this we will upload this on our blog.

Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.

As a group, we have finished the first scene for the script and then
we gathered to discuss further script ideas that we will need to use
when finishing the script. So far, we have done the first part and we
will now need to move on to the next scene and finish off the script.
We have also discussed about the length of the final music video as
last week, when we started the script we thought that making it
longer than the normal length of the music itself should be
something we should be doing as we need an extra scene at the
beginning to explain and establish the situation between the main
characters so that it is easier for the viewer to understand what is
going on. So at the end we added an extra scene at the start of the
music video to give it more sense.

Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.

Any other business:
We have now finished the script, printed it out and we are
annotating it to see if we have made any errors such as, spelling
mistakes or if we want to change some ideas and scenes that we
previously have wrote on the script. It is beneficial to annotate the
script, because this will allow us to see our mistakes and give us a
better chance to improve our work on the second draft. Once we
have finished annotating the script, we will then move onto drawing
the scene for our music video on the storyboard paper. We will need
to draw the scenes as we decided not to take photos as it will take
longer than drawing. Many things will be needed to be drawn such
as the settings, characters and other objects that may be used in the
music video.

Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.

Any other business: ​Location scout needs to get the signatures
permission for each location of filming. After we have gone to the
location, we will need to ask the owner of the location and ask for
their permission if we can use their location that we will need to use
for the music video. Storyboard will be finished by thursday and
pictures for the new location (Tesco) will be added with a site plan
included.

Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.

Any other business:​ Filming has already started and will be
completed by the end of this week, call sheets and every
pre-production documents are being finalised as grammar, spelling
and general mistakes should be corrected, also blogs will be
updated and props needed for specific scenes will be bought. We
will need to put all the documents that we have finished such as, call
sheets, pre-productions etc. onto our blogs so we are up-to-date
with our blogs.

Location:​ 019 in King Solomon High School
Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.
Members present: ​Suela, Nikon and Ben.
Pardons for absence: ​Laura is not in because she is attending a
meeting.
Issues raised:​ Laura is not in school at the moment and she has the
equipment for us to film with, we want to film after school, laura is
coming in lesson 4 so we are able to get the equipment and still film
after school.
Any other business:​ We have nearly finished filming all the scenes
for the music video. All we need to do is record the last 4 shots of
Ben and Suela, then we will be done for preproduction. Once
pre-production has been completed we will need to put it onto our
blog so we can be organised with our blogs.

Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.

Issues raised:​ The final product is due friday and we are behind with
editing.
Any other business:​ We have started the editing process of filling in
our editing decision list and checking that all the clips can be used.
we have started to download all our content from the cameras onto
our computer for editing.

Date:​ 23/01/2017
Location:​ 019 in King Solomon High School
Purpose of meeting:​ Discussing how far the group has gone in the
making of the music video and planning what will be executed in
the following days till the next week.
Members present: ​Suela, Laura, Nikon and Ben.

Issues raised:​ The final video is due today (23/01/17). The final
product is very tight to be finished today, so we will need to put in
as much as effort in to finish the final video.
Any other business:​ We are finishing our editing for our music video
and we will need to upload the music video onto YouTube once we
have finished. We have finished the editing decision list and we are
on track with editing. Today is the final day for the music video to be
completed as today is the due day for all the videos to be finished.
W e will also need to put our editing decision list onto our blogs so
our blogs are up-to-date.
