A truly unique experience dining pool
side on the roof is the ultimate
setting for any social event, business
function or romantic celebration. The
pool side dining room is
approximately 2,000 square feet with
a 20 foot by 30 foot pool in the
center that is softly lit creating an
atmosphere all its own. The room has
a retractable glass roof that can be
opened or closed with the push of a
button to accommodate your event
no matter what the weather holds.
The opening of the roof is a great
dramatic touch when operated at just
the right time during your event. Two
air conditioning systems maintain a
very comfortable air temperature on
any day of the year giving this room
all of the benefits of a spectacular
outdoor setting with none of the
typical worries of rain or shine.
Next to the pool side dining room is
the “Library” also on the roof. The
Library has a spectacular view into
the pool side dining room thru the
floor to ceiling movable glass wall.
This room offers a warm and
comfortable yet slightly more intimate
experience.
The roof top has a full bar as well as
private restrooms allowing your
guests to easily enjoy the full service
experience Dominick’s steakhouse
has to offer.
The pool side dining comfortably
seats up to 100 guests and the
Library up to 40. This unique space
can also accommodate a cocktail
reception for 200.
PRIVATE DINING OPTIONS
The Wine Room is a dramatic setting within a real
working wine cellar. The wine is displayed
behind clear glass making them viably attractive
and allowing the room temperature to remain
comfortable for dining. The room as a 55” LED TV
that descends from the ceiling and a complete
A/V system for any social event or presentation.
The Wine Room is behind glass doors with heavy
acoustical drapes making it completely private
when necessary and open if you desire to enjoy
the energy of the adjacent bar dining area. The
Wine Room can accommodate up to 25 guests
depending upon table configuration.

EXECUTIVE DINING ROOM
The Executive Dining Room is a sexy intimate
space for up to 16 guests. The floor to ceiling
leaded glass doors create a dramatic entry
and custom drapes provide privacy if your
event requires. Hidden behind our beautiful
custom drapes is our 55” LED TV available for
presentations or for watching your favorite
team win the big game.
All dining rooms offer private prewired sound systems as well as built in LED TV’s
which makes A/V planning much easier for your event. Our Sales staff will be happy to
assist with any rental needs or equipment if there is anything additional that your
event requires. Dominick’s Sales staff specializes in unique and special requests. If
you can dream it, we will do our best to make it a reality.

Vegetarian options.
We buy locally
grown produce in
season, whenever
possible.
When available, our
produce is
organically grown. A
selection of our
seafood is from
sustainable
fisheries. As always,
we aim to exceed
our guests

cuisine. If you have
any special requests
that you do not see
on our menu our
chefs will be happy
to accommodate
your request when
possible.
