LANS CONSULT is a registered firm of Civil/Structural Engineers and Development Consultants.
The firm was registered with registration No. 63990 on the 29th December 1986 with the aim of
providing integrated professional services in Structural Engineering, Highway and Traffic
Engineering, Water and Wastewater Engineering, System Analysis and Project Management.
The Practice offers professional services, which include planning, preliminary investigations,
physical and economic feasibility studies, final engineering designs, Engineering inspection of
construction and construction management:

 Interpret drawings, produce shop drawings, provide structural designs when necessary and work
with a team of Engineers to carry out regular construction activities on site (DORI).
 Perform Quality Control works such as concrete cube test, Steel test, Soil test and in-situ testing of
finished works to ensure compliance with approved specifications. (DORI).
 Installation of water proofing membrane using Bitumen Felt, Sika Bitumen, Mastic Asphalt etc on
basement walls, basement floors and lift shaft foundations (DORI).
 Coordinate the installation of Physical Security equipment to ensure proper integration with the
relevant structural members(DORI)
 Prepare project time tables and work schedules using MS PROJECT in line with the overall
project time table to ensure that estimated completion dates are realised.
